This local celebrity can be seen in Union Square almost every day. As you can see from the picture, he suits up in a very loud suit and today he was wearing a red bowtie. (Sorry for the bad pic from the back but i was driving when i got the pic)
Not sure what his name is, but he is always singing to people who walk by...I think i will call him "The Singing Suit."
